Aspen Kenyon, Western Territory Manager for ClearChannelVM oversees the irrigation and aquatic markets in the states of California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. Aspen’s professional career has included environmental consulting, quality assurance and safety supervision of pest control and water sanitation programs, advising agriculture biotechnology clients, and working as a specialist in the aquatics industry. Aspen's professionalism, passion, and ambition for making a positive impact in the agricultural and environmental space helps guide her to assist water resource managers across the West and beyond.

Matt Hoppe, Technical Specialist for the Pacific Northwest, began his career as a laboratory technician testing raw ingredients and finished products for ConAgra foods. As a Decontamination Lead at the Hanford Site, part of the national nuclear weapons laboratory complex, he led a team decontaminating and removing hazardous waste from the site as part of the ongoing cleanup effort. Since 2014, he has been the Aquatics Technician at the South Columbia Basin Irrigation Project where he coordinated chemical treatments in irrigation canals including Magnacide and endothall products. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Matt looks forward to bringing his expertise to the region as a technical specialist in aquatics and irrigation.

Walt Luihn, Irrigation Specialist California Support.

Walt has spent the last twenty years of his career in the field of Safety and Environmental Compliance

Since 2014 Walt was employed at South San Joaquin Irrigation District in Manteca, California where he retired in March of 2026. He was the district Safety/Environmental Compliance Officer, which included overseeing the aquatic program coordinating chemical treatments ‘in irrigation canals using Magnacide H and Endothall products along with helping to put together a pre-emergent program to meet the district’s needs.

Born and raised in California, Walt looks forward to bringing his knowledge to the region as Irrigation Specialist and looks forward to working with irrigation districts with their aquatic and pre-emergent challenges.

Andrew Z. Skibo, PhD. Is a Certified Lake Manager (CLM) and the President & Founder of both ClearChannelVM, and Amaruq Environmental Services (Missoula, MT).

ClearChannelVM supplies aquatic herbicide and algaecide technical sales and support, applicator safety training and continuing education credits, and 24/7 support for irrigation district operators and applicators in the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain Region.

Dr. Skibo has over 17 years’ experience as an aquatics technical support specialist supporting specialty agrochemical sales and applications across the Western United States.

Andrew “Ryno” Ryan, ClearChannelVM Pty Ltd in Australia is based in northern Victoria. Andrew brings over 26 years experience in the use of Magnacide H Aquatic Herbicide for irrigation vegetation management.

Dave Blodget spent over forty years working with MAGNACIDE™ H herbicide. Dave retired from ClearChannelVM in the spring of 2026 and spends his time with his wife, his dogs, his grandchildren, and running his boat canvas shop!
